I’ve illustrated something or other all my life. So after taking a break for fifteen years as a police officer I decided to go into business for myself and pursue what I’ve always enjoyed most……illustration through the art of airbrush. I wasn’t sure an airbrush was for me until I tried one back in the early eighties. After that I was hooked and couldn’t get enough information on the subject. In 1989 I started AIRBRUSH ART doing portraits and traveling up and down the east coast displaying my wares. In the mid-nineties I expanded my business to include displays for courtroom presentations allowing my previous profession to make a mark in the illustration world. I’ve added other services to my business which include children's books, book and magazine cover illustration, logos, political cartooning and caricatures. In 2000 I partnered as an independent with the Great Escape Amusement Park in upstate New York doing caricatures for visiting guests while maintaining an active role in pursuing my illustrative business. Of course computers have jumped in during that time making for some very creative opportunities. I have since gone fully digital to enable me to meet market demands. I utilize what ever is available to create the ultimate finished product for each and every client. I have recently teamed up with INTERNET CREATIONS, a full service web design company to expand additional services to my clients. Together with TIME WORK BOOKS we provide solutions to creative possibilities that a client may need. Additional Informations
Time Work Graphics works strictly by contract, whether yours or ours. Our bids are usually based on an entire project fee, though some projects require hourly estimates. We require 50% down upon inception of the project with the remainder paid prior to completion. However, we have recently worked with an author on a children's book project where each individual illustration was paid for after the finished file was uploaded to the client. This worked out well for us and convenient for the client. So this may be another way to work out a payment schedule if it is convenient for you. We establish a deadline and stick to it as long as revisions from clients are returned within a 48 hour turn around from submission. Complete project details are layed out in our contracts so both parties understand their requirements up front. We have had good working conditions with every client since 1991 whether inside or outside of Guru. Our office has available a toll free phone should a client require a more direct form of communication during the development phase of their project. All projects are delivered digitally via our private FTP site for our client's convenience.
