FISer has been established for the provision of legal, regulatory and business advisory services regarding Finnish organizations, entities and documentation. Our services also cover EU regulatory issues. FISer provides specific information flexibly, effectively and with minimal cost to the customer as opposed to large advisory firms.

Typical assignments include, inter alia:

• company specific (background) information (e.g. incorporation information, director information, company representation issues, capital information and financial information);
• document review (review / due diligence over Finnish documentation provided by the customer);
• information over regulatory environment with regard to e.g. investments and business;
• country specific information (governmental and organization information);
• smaller unofficial translations for information purposes from Finnish to English.

Prior experience covers all areas of business law and regulatory issues in Finland and EU.

Educational background includes Master's degree in law from a reputable Finnish university as well as legal studies in a UK university.

Prior work experience from leading Finnish law firm and as in-house counsel in one of the largest corporations in the world.
