What I do is business mentoring and specialize in advertising, marketing and sales analysis and general business development, but have had experience (owned 2 business in 21 years) in all aspects of running a profitable shop.

Just sold my company after 12 years of successful operations.  in that time I did everything wrong until I found what worked.  That's the way we learn, and almost go broke in the process.  Being a veteran of the fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants air force, the least I can do is to help newbies not make the critical mistakes that often sink a small or medium sized business.
