Hercules Real Estate Capital provides strategic consulting and contract CFO assistance to commercial and residential developers, property owners, buyers and investors.  Our primary focus is project analysis, debt/equity structuring, troubled debt, and preparation of financing submission proposals.  We work with all property types and with all sizes of projects.  We are not mortgage bankers.  We work as consultants, advising throughout the entire process and providing realistic expectations to the client.

My background includes 20 years of commercial and residential financing with large regional and national banks.  In addition, I spent 5 years with Fannie Mae in the secondary market financing of apartments.  Over that time I have closed over $3 billion in loans and reviewed approximately $15 billion in proposed financings.  I understand how lenders, investors and joint venture partners think and what they look for in a project.
